Liked central heating, an iron with ironing board, and an electronic key card in the room. It had really big bed and great views. I did not want to leave there and would love to return.

We would come here again for a very good experience. The property is fairly clean and pleasant. The setting is absolutely perfect, not far from shops bars and restaurants as well as the conference centre, good area. Themed, brand-new room complete with the basics and the TV plus bar for 2 hours.

Views are pretty bad.

Everything was perfect from the staff to the room, large bed and compact room. It had particularly good location close to Little Theatre Southport. I enjoyed cocktail bar. The view was lovely, the service was excellent. Got extra towels when I needed. I had a really enjoyable stay in a long time.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very helpful.

The location was prime and secure, a short walk from a lakefront park. The room was great value for money and well-equipped and offered with great shower and good toiletries plus a bedroom.

Their staff were bustling.

Everything is clean and beautiful. Well priced and tastefully decorated room with view, has free Wi-Fi. Smart staff, they smile all the time. The location is excellent, 2 km from Southport Beach. And it's at a walking distance from downtown.

Fantastic central location really close to a pub round the corner called `` the windmill '' great entertainment live music as well as the bar / cocktail bar. I visited The Swan, plus it was located nearby.

Views were very very bad.

It is in perfect location to a Southend pier, set close to the hotel. The staff ensures you have a very very good time, they are attentive. Thanks for the stay in this property - would come here again.

High quality hotel with lively staff, has unbeatable location in the centre of a town & surrounded by bars. Good service and the food is brilliant. Nothing too much trouble here, I recommend.
